A comprehensive assessment including diagnosis, treatment planning, advice and, where appropriate, treatment during your first appointment.
Follow-up Physiotherapy Treatment
30 minutes – £50
Continued rehabilitation tailored to your progress, helping you recover, regain strength and return to the activities you enjoy.
Home Visit Physiotherapy
If you're unable to attend the clinic, I also provide home visits within the local area.
Initial Home Assessment from £90
Follow-up Home Treatment from £65

Postural & Balance MOT
60 minutes – £100
A detailed assessment of your posture, balance, strength and mobility, helping to identify areas that may increase your risk of pain, falls or reduced function. You'll receive practical advice and a personalised plan to help you move with greater confidence.
Exercise Classes
Small, friendly classes designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility and confidence in movement. Suitable for a range of abilities and focused on helping you stay active in a supportive environment.
